The service. Teeb Leads, a brand of TEEBTRADING LLC, builds and runs Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead ads for licensed insurance agents from our own Pages and ad account. Each agent has their own campaign in their licensed states, and their leads are delivered only to them.
What we are not. TEEBTRADING LLC is an advertising and marketing service. We are not an insurance company, agency, agent or broker. We don't sell, solicit, negotiate, quote or recommend insurance, and we don't give insurance advice; you do all of that as the licensed agent named in your ads and forms. Our fees are flat advertising fees and never depend on whether a lead buys a policy. You review your ads before they run and are responsible for their insurance claims.
Fees. A one-time setup fee and a monthly management fee, billed by Stripe. The setup fee covers building your ads and is not refundable once your ads are built. The monthly fee renews until you cancel; cancel anytime from the billing link on your setup page, effective at the end of the current period.
Ad budget. Your ads run from our Pages and ad account. The daily ad budget you choose is billed monthly with your fee (daily budget x 30.4 days) and spent on your campaign on Facebook and Instagram. Meta's spend varies day to day around the daily budget. If a payment fails, we pause your ads until it goes through.
Your responsibilities. You confirm you are licensed in the states you select, that the prices, coverage amounts and claims you give us are accurate, and that you'll follow carrier, IMO and state advertising rules, including any pre-approval they require. You are responsible for how you contact leads (including call and text consent rules).
No guarantee. Results depend on your market, budget and follow-up. We don't guarantee any number of leads, sales or Meta approval of any ad.
Canceling and refunds. You can cancel anytime from the billing link on your setup page. Canceling takes effect at the end of the monthly period you've already paid for, and your ads keep running until then; at that point we pause your campaign. No refunds: the setup fee, monthly fees and ad budget already paid are not refunded, including for partial months. Leads already delivered to you are yours to keep.
